Offered for sale is a beautifully preserved and rare badge of the 1st Anti-Tank Artillery Regiment (1 Pułk Artylerii Przeciwpancernej) of the Polish Armed Forces in the West (PSZnZ).
The design features Saint George on horseback slaying a dragon, symbolizing the fight against armored forces.
The border bears the Polish military motto "BÓG HONOR I OJCZYZNA" (God, Honor, Fatherland), and the inscription "PIERWSZY PUŁK PRZECIWPANCERNY".
Dated 4.XI.1937 – a historically significant interwar/pre-WWII design.
