The obverse depicts Athena with spear and shield, accompanied by an owl and laurel branch, with inscription in Greek. Reverse inscription: ΔΗΜΟΣ ΑΘΗΝΑΙΩΝ 1821–1971 commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Municipality of Athens.
Condition:
Please refer to the photographs. The ribbon shows fading and wear consistent with age. The original presentation case is included but shows scuffs, wear to fabric, and interior fading. Medal itself in very good condition with nice patina.
