    • The spaces between the arms of the cross contain stylized floral or decorative embellishments.
    • The border around the central monogram is finely dotted.
    • The ribbon is red with three vertical black stripes.
    • The reverse side shows the same cross pattern.
  • Condition Observations:
    • The ribbon appears slightly worn with some fraying at the edges.
    • The medal shows signs of age, particularly with patina on the metal.

2. Civic Decoration Second Class (Right Medal)

  • Material & Appearance: Silver-colored variant of the same Maltese cross design.
  • Central Motif: The same "LR" monogram in the center.
  • Additional Details:
    • The floral embellishments between the arms of the cross are present, similar to the First-Class medal.
    • The ribbon is also red with three black stripes.
    • The backside retains the same general design.
  • Condition Observations:
    • The ribbon is more visibly worn, with frayed edges and loose threads.
    • The silver finish has some oxidation and tarnishing, which is expected with age.

General Remarks:

  • These medals were awarded for long-standing public service or contributions to society.
  • The First Class (gold-colored) was given for a longer period of service compared to the Second Class (silver-colored).
  • Both medals have their original ribbons, though they show signs of wear and tear.
